7:46 a.m. — A caller in the 400 block of Sutton Way reported a transient sleeping in front of a business.

8:06 a.m. — A caller at Tinloy and Bank streets reported a man talking to himself about dying. He was walking in and out of traffic.

12:18 p.m. — A caller in the 1900 block of Nevada City Highway reported a loose pit bull. The dog’s owner was cited because the dog had no license or rabies vaccination.

2:10 p.m. — Someone was at police headquarters wanting to speak to an officer about “getting rid” of a BB gun.

3:38 p.m. — A woman went to police headquarters to report that someone threatened, stalked and urinated on her at the post office.

5:19 p.m. — A caller in the 800 block of Sutton Way reported a group of transients loitering between two businesses.

5:49 p.m. — A caller in the 500 block of Blight Road reported possible trespassers looking into windows and trying doors. One man was seen walking through a gate into a yard. Officers arrived and arrested someone.

Saturday

1:03 a.m. — Dispatchers report that in the 400 block of Sutton Way officers arrested three people on charges including contributing to the delinquency of a minor, trespassing and vandalism.

11:47 a.m. — A caller in the 400 block of Central Avenue reported two people near a bathroom by a park’s playground. They were drinking alcohol. At one point one of them handed a backpack to someone in the parking lot.

12:03 p.m. — A caller in the 800 block of Forest Glade Circle reported people camping in front of her home.

1:13 p.m. — A caller in the 1000 block of Plaza Drive reported a man
