7:25 a.m. — A caller from the 900 block of East Main Street reported someone lying in a driveway refusing to move.

7:44 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Joerschke Drive reported a disturbance with his 16-year-old son who was refusing to go to school.

9:08 a.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Central Avenue reported several 12 year olds smoking marijuana near a playground. The report was unfounded.

10 a.m. — A caller from the 600 block of Sutton Way reported several people panhandling and harassing customers in a parking lot.

12:15 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of West McKnight Way reported a man sleeping in a shopping cart return slot in the parking lot.

12:26 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Glasson Way reported she had blocked in her vehicle that had been taken and it was occupied. Two arrests were made, one on charges of joyriding and another on charges of failure to appear.

4:30 p.m. — A caller from the 600 block of Sutton Way reported someone panhandling. A person was arrested on charges of public intoxication.
