Fargo District Holdings LLC Makes Full Repayment of US$1.26 Million Loan – Markets Insider

LAS VEGAS, Sept. 28, 2018 /CNW/ – Planet 13 Holdings Inc. (CSE: PLTH) (“Planet 13” or the “Company”), a leading vertically-integrated Nevada cannabis company announces today that their loan (the “Loan”) of US$1.26 million to Fargo District Holdings, LLC (“Fargo”), previously announced here has been repaid in its entirety as of September 28th, 2018.

The Loan was advanced to Fargo against the real estate facilities (the “Real Estate Facilities”) at 4280 Wagon Trail Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada 89108. The Real Estate Facilities have been sold and the Company’s lease has been transferred to the new owner.
