Drug Task Force bust yields felony drug charges against six local residents – Marshalltown Times Republican

Mid-Iowa Drug Task Force personnel arrested six residents — including four family members — on felony drug charges on Thursday.

The charges were filed after executing three search warrants at local residences 107 S. Seventh Ave., 309 W. Nevada St. and 106 W Nevada St.

Charges

• Bounchanh Noi Phetsomphou, 46, was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver – Class D felony, failure to affix a drug tax stamp – Class D felony, prohibited acts, an aggravated misdemeanor. Her preliminary hearing is May 24. Bond is $5,000 cash or surety.

• Michelle Mi Senethavysouk, 26, was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, prohibited acts, and child endangerment. Her preliminary hearing is June 5. She was released on promise to appear.

• Brandon Senethavysouk, 18, was arrested for possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, failure to affix a drug tax stamp and prohibited acts. A Tama County Sheriff’s Office Deputy and his K-9 partner, who were assisting, located Brandon Senethavysouk hiding under a vehicle in a nearby yard where he was taken into custody. His preliminary hearing is May 24. Bond is $5,000 cash or surety.

• Justin Senethavysouk, 18, was arrested with possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, and carrying weapons charges. His preliminary hearing is May. Bond is $5,000 cash only.

• Raylyn Finders, 28, was charged with possession of marijuana, a serious misdemeanor.

• Jose Cervantes-Zaragoza, 26, was charged with possession of marijuana, a serious misdemeanor.
